Large high-quality single crystals of synthetic diamond

The problem of synthetic diamond single crystal growth up to 6 carat in weight and making plates of them up to 10 mm long length and 0.5-2 mm thick is solved using “Split sphere” high-pressure equipment.

Advantage:

• the series of the technologies developed allows growing Ib-IaA, Iia, Iib diamond single crystals with specified properties and dislocation-free IaA-Ib diamonds
